Man killed in Vickery Meadow shooting, Dallas police say

A man died early Monday after being shot in Vickery Meadow, Dallas police said.

Police responded shortly after 2 a.m. to an apartment complex in the 8500 block of Park Lane, near Fair Oaks and Greenville avenues. They found a man who had been shot.

The man, who wasn’t immediately identified, died at the scene.

Police did not provide a description of a suspect or possible motive.
