A shooting incident involving a Glenn Heights police officer has resulted in one injury

The Department of Public Safety is probing a police shooting incident in Glenn Heights.

Glenn Heights Police Department was called to a reported robbery underway on Sunburst Dr. close to Doe Creek Trail. GPD stated that officers reached the scene around 2:15 p.m. and encountered gunfire from one of the suspects.

The condition of the suspect involved in the shooting remains uncertain at this point.

Two suspects are still evading capture.
