Authorities are currently investigating a fatal crash involving three vehicles at Remington Valley in northeast Harris County that occurred on Saturday night.

As per Harris County Sheriff’s Officers, a Nissan Altima, driven by an unidentified individual, was reportedly speeding in the fourth lane on the I-45 northbound service road, following closely behind a woman driving a Chevrolet Equinox.

Simultaneously, a man operating a Dodge Ram was traveling in the first lane.

Deputies stated that the Nissan driver changed lanes unsafely, colliding with the Chevrolet. Subsequently, the Nissan veered into the first lane, striking the right side of the Dodge.

The Nissan lost control, careening into a grassy area, where it collided with a tree and erupted in flames.
