Unlicensed cosmetic clinician ‘MrInjector1’ back in jail less than 24 hours after posting bond

Dustin Moore, also known as “MrInjector1” on social media, faced court proceedings on Friday, accused of performing cosmetic procedures without a license, which allegedly resulted in serious side effects for some patients.

Outside the courtroom, Reporter Courtney Fischer attempted to question Moore about the case and his former clients, but he remained silent.

Prosecutors revealed that since initial report, 10 more women have come forward, claiming Moore injected them and caused them to become ill.

Moore was released on bond on Thursday but was back in jail on Friday due to these new charges violating his probation from a previous arrest for assault of a family member.

On Wednesday, Moore was arrested and charged with practicing medicine without a license, aggravated assault, and causing serious bodily injury. His bond for these charges is set at $80,000, with conditions including wearing an ankle monitor and staying away from his alleged victims.

Investigators suggest that additional charges may be forthcoming as more victims come forward.

One of Moore’s alleged victims, Brianne Griego, shared her experience, detailing how she went to Moore seeking name-brand filler for her competitive bodybuilding career but ended up experiencing severe side effects. Griego underwent biopsy, revealing that she had been injected with a silicone-like substance instead of FDA-approved filler.

Despite her ordeal, Griego is now healthy and collaborating with the FDA and investigators.

Meanwhile, the Houston Police Department continues its investigation into Moore’s activities.
