Storms continue much of the coming week

Showers and thunderstorms brought rain to the northern half of North Texas Sunday morning, while the southern half remained dry. Once again, cloud cover has kept temperatures below normal.

Monday morning a few storms may effect Northeast Texas, but will probably not reach DFW. Temperatures will climb into the 90s Monday afternoon before a few storms develop by evening.

Storm chances will increase Monday night, Tuesday and Wednesday. Lower storm chances will linger through Friday.
