Mostly dry for the rest of your Memorial Day weekend… rain chances increase midweek

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — It ended up being a pleasant Saturday with partly cloudy skies and only isolated showers. A weak cool front will continue to move in overnight dragging in some slightly drier air. This will make things feel a bit more comfortable Sunday and Monday. Sunday will bring partly cloudy skies and a small chance for showers. The best chance of rain Sunday will remain west of Harris County with a 30% chance. The rain chance for Houston will be closer to a 20% chance.

How much rain has your part of town received so far?

Are we going to continue to see rain over Memorial Day weekend?
Rain chances Sunday and Monday look slim. A couple of showers will be possible but most of us will stay dry.

What about the rest of next week?
We are heading in to another wet weather pattern for most of next week, as southerly winds keep moisture in place across SE Texas. Expect a warm, humid, and wet week ahead.
