Volunteers plant 300 trees in Dallas for International Women’s Day

Adolfson & Peterson Construction, Tierra Energy Solutions, Woodwright Flooring Co., and the City of Dallas collaborated to commemorate International Women’s Day by planting 300 native trees in Crawford Park.

The occasion underscored the essential contribution of women to environmental stewardship. Women have been instrumental in spearheading efforts to conserve our local biodiversity for the benefit of future generations, serving as community leaders and grassroots activists.

The City of Dallas Parks and Recreation Department, along with volunteers, participated in educating attendees on the correct methods of tree planting.
