Former Tarrant County deputy constable accused of indecent assault

A former law enforcement officer from Tarrant County is currently in custody, facing allegations of assault stemming from an incident at the end of February.

Oluwafemi “Femi” Awe, aged 31, faces charges of indecent assault related to an incident that occurred on Sunday, February 25, as per the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office.

According to deputies, Awe previously served as a deputy constable, and there are concerns that he may have utilized his position to commit assaults against other women.
