65-year-old store clerk in northwest Harris County dies weeks after being attacked, HCSO says

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a store clerk believed to have resulted from an assault earlier this week.

The office announced the worker’s passing on Monday, revealing that he succumbed to injuries sustained during an attack on March 14.

The incident reportedly occurred at a convenience store situated at 19712 Tomball Parkway.

The deceased clerk was identified as Muhammad Maqsood, aged 65.
