Lucas Road and Lakeview Drive around 5:20 p.m. According to authorities, Nancy Dominguez, an off-duty officer with the Princeton Police Department, was identified as the driver of one of the vehicles involved.

Dominguez sustained severe, life-threatening injuries and was quickly transported to Medical City McKinney, where she tragically passed away.
