Plano police investigating mysterious disappearance of Frisco teacher’s aide

Plano police are currently investigating the perplexing disappearance of a cherished teacher’s aide employed at a school in Frisco.

Kylie Doyle, 43, has not been seen or heard from in nearly a week, along with her vehicle. A resident of Plano, Doyle serves as a special education aide at Lebanon Trail High School in Frisco, as reported by Frisco ISD.

The last sighting of Doyle was when she left the high school at approximately 11:40 a.m. on Friday, April 19, according to police.

Doyle, also known by her married name Lang, was reported missing by her husband of around 20 years on Saturday, April 20, according to PPD. As of Thursday evening, authorities have been unable to locate Doyle’s car: a black 2017 Hyundai Elantra bearing Texas License Plate KRZ 9588.

According to information provided by Doyle’s family, her vehicle features a broken right-side mirror and a white decal on the back left side with the black letters reading: QKA Keuka Lake.

In an emotional plea, Michael Doyle, Kylie’s father, expressed the family’s anguish and the collective effort to locate her swiftly. He highlighted the peculiar circumstances surrounding Kylie’s departure from work, noting her uncharacteristic early departure and leaving behind personal belongings, including her cell phone and purse, at home. Moreover, Doyle’s father mentioned her recent marital difficulties but emphasized that she had expressed optimism about her relationship.

Despite the lack of apparent suspicious circumstances, authorities are treating the situation as a missing persons case and are diligently investigating. Plano Police Department spokesperson Officer Jennifer Chapman urged anyone with information to come forward, stressing the importance of Doyle’s safe return.

Frisco ISD also issued a letter to parents, informing them of Doyle’s disappearance and requesting any information related to her whereabouts.

As investigations continue, Doyle’s family remains hopeful for her safe return, emphasizing her love for her family and dedication to her job. Doyle’s distinctive tattoos and attire at the time of her disappearance were also detailed to aid in identification efforts.

Anyone with information about Kylie Doyle’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Plano Police Department at 972-424-5678, referencing the Missing Person Case: 24-85935.
