I-30 closed in Garland after tractor-trailer crash, police say

All lanes of Interstate 30 in Garland were closed Monday morning because of a crash involving a tractor-trailer, police said. The crash was reported about 3:30 a.m. near Broadway Boulevard, closing all eastbound and westbound lanes. Frisco population growth ranks 15th in state, says U.S. Census Bureau data

As Dallas-Fort Worth development continues its path north, Frisco is seeing its fair share of growth, ranking 15th in Texas for population increase, with more than 8,500 new residents moving there last year, according to new U.S. Census Bureau data. 19-year-old man jailed on murder charge in fatal May shooting in Fort Worth

Police arrested a 19-year-old man Saturday in connection with a fatal May shooting in South Fort Worth. Jamaion Wilson faces a murder charge in the May 9 slaying, according to police records.
